Sally Schwartz
Founder & Executive Producer

A 22-year veteran of advertising and special event marketing, Sally started Paint Me A Party Productions in 1985 and renamed the company Image Pilots in 2002. Sally´s goal is to create legendary business and personal events as communication vehicles, high in visual impact and marketing punch. Thrown into work on a special event in her first position as an advertising copywriter, a new career was born. Believing that each event opportunity has a unique, defined creative solution, logo design and theme concept, the results are "tastefully outrageous" events. After many years of designing highly successful hospitality programs for companies like Kodak, Hewlett-Packard, and Kraft, in 2002 Image Pilots was named by Special Events Magazine as one of the top 50 global planning companies in 2002.

Sally is a collector of art and vintage "vice" accoutrements such as cigarette lighters, bar swizzle sticks and playing card sets. This love of collecting and treasure hunting led to the founding of a series of vintage trade fairs called the Chicago Antiques & Collectibles Festivals in the 1990´s. The popularity and success of these festivals are what led the way to the development of the Chicago Antique Market.

Sally graduated Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management, (which means she actually had to pass calculus at an engineering school). She also has appeared on various Chicago television news programs with tips and ideas for fabulous parties and events. She started a poodle collection for her daughter Kasey and most of the poodles are still intact!!
